Unfortunately, there appears to be a lack of representation and diversity, specifically with teams being primarily composed of Caucasian individuals. To foster an inclusive and equitable work environment, the company needs to prioritize and actively promote diversity within its teams, ensuring that they reflect the global clientele the company serves.
