Pros
Historically a great working environment. Good senior management. Good focus on where the company wants to go. Provides financing in areas and programs that are not widely served such as city, county, state bond programs. Seems to provide a lot of non-management level latitude in completing the job where possible. Open to ideas & suggestions. Mostly satisfying. Seem to have good career growth opportunities. Good benefits.
Cons
Some managers have not been timely in doing staff performance reviews. A year or two to let a review go by has been nothing. Max amount per review is 4%, many times 2 or 3%.
