Work Remote and help people struggling with Mental Health
Cons
Lots of competition in the IRTS programs, you can get a referral and they've already been placed elsewhere the same day
Management is unclear on expectations and guidelines
Low pay
None. Management is open to doing activities with clients but that’s about it
Cons
Poor pay and benefits, inconsistent and sketchy management, work can feel unsafe and provides no training for working with the multitude of scenarios that comes with people diagnosed with SPMI’s. Zero opportunity for growth
- Good wages and excellent benefits
- PTO
- The services it provides and the population it serves
Cons
- Executive leadership cannot be trusted
- Toxic environment for BIPOC employees
- Lack of support and transparency
Guild used to be a great place to work. Leadership was supportive and showed genuine care for their staff. It is unclear what the ultimate goal and vision of the current executive team is at this point. They invest staff time and energy in their "inclusivity" efforts with nothing to show for it because nothing is implemented in a meaningful way. Diversity is non-existent and when they do have non-white staff, they are not valued or supported.
