Pros

Really enjoy the work, generally decent PTO/days off, enjoy my co-workers

Cons

Seemingly big disconnect between upper management and staff on the ground, although I respect higher leadership . I wish there was more pay transparency, jobs posted with higher salaries than current employees get.

Pros

Decent time off and holidays observed. Opportunity to get job experience in your chosen field. The pay is in the market range for the job position.

Cons

A clear disconnect between the executive team and the line crew that are actively filling out the mission work. There is a lack of consideration for individuals that don’t work first shift and therefore are out of sight and out of mind, as it is apparent in how policies and procedures are established. Additionally the work expected on the administrative staff lacks direction from a strong leader and the division of work duties are not clearly defined when a task is shared among different service areas. Additionally there is a lack of real development opportunities for admin staff. The work/life balance is not the greatest and there is no real recognition for the work that is completed.
