Pros

Staff, faculty and leadership are committed to helping students excel and succeed. The various student services departments provide amazing support to community college students. Wish I had this kind of support when I was in college! Excellent facilities and infrastructure on the different campuses. Salaries are dependent on state guidelines, so not much one can do about it. Great working atmosphere.

Cons

Not much growth potential for part-timers and adjunct instructors to move on to become full-time employees.
