Seems to be a friendly place at first

Cons

They will give you all of the responsibility and zero control. they will ask you to work above and beyond with no pay and then steal credit for your work. They will not support you through illness or times of hardship, they will terminate your contract. Also no benefits and they only pay for "contact" hours
