Pros

People Leadership (that remained) Full benefits + meals There are genuinely incredible people that you will get the chance to work with, that are equally as passionate about you regarding supporting small businesses and are incredibly thoughtful. Most employees are incredibly kind, hard-working, and supportive, and make the everyday work tolerable.

Cons

Culture has gone down Undervaluing employees Lack of diversity + big divided between offices (BIPOC percent is very low) As mentioned in similar reviews, post-covid has shaken up the company - the decisions have more or less exposed the flaws the company faces internally - high turnover/burnout in customer-facing departments, limited growth opportunities, and the risk of micro-managing/unsuitable managers that depend on your team.

Pros

Zero pros, the worst HR I’ve ever seen in my career. Lots of promises and zero delivery, all pie in the Sky!!!

Cons

Far to many to list. Only go here if you have absolutely no where else left to go.

Pros

Good people and interesting, rewarding work (varies a lot depending on team). Easy going and laid back people who are trying hard. Product is a major strength.

Cons

A company on the way down unfortunately. Mass exodus happening lately (half the product team left, sales people leaving and worse - engineers are leaving as well). This is abnormal turnover. Management is simply not equipped or experienced enough to scale and accelerate growth at the same time. Getting hard to hire talent and sometimes hiring managers are resorting to making false promises just to get people in the door. Once these people come in they realize they bought into a fantasy. That said, it's still a decent place - just don't come here expecting massive personal and professional growth. Gusto is a good 8-7 job that pays below market but tries to make it up in other ways with decent perks (free lunch, dinner)
