Good pay, good people on the care level. Had a great community

Cons

Took away time off No longer accommodated things like getting kids when working from home. Stated in a meeting with 300+ people that Gusto didn’t tell us to have kids. Also stated that we made enough money to cover childcare and that we should be grateful. Spoiler alert we didn’t make enough

Cons

Leadership can try to be too perfect with their words - tries to say something without being straightforward. Not enough energy on C-Suite to influence company to want to win. Everyone is so calm.
