      Good culture Good benefits Opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Company took away unlimited PTO for some employees with very little notice. Many people now have to take unpaid leave (a pay cut) and have not been given any form of compensation to make up for this. Leadership is changing a lot fast and is negatively impacting a large amount of employees (many who have been with the company for years)

      The only pros turn out to be cons honestly. They are so “inclusive” and have “unlimited pto” just to get you in the door.

      Cons

      Everything. They provide you equipment but what is the purpose of there is useless training, no support, and absolutely no leadership
