      Diversity, inclusion, unlimited PTO, make your own schedule

      Cons

      Gusto strives to be transparent but there is some degree of uncertainty. With 5% of the workforce being laid-off with no warning was very unsettling. Also not knowing if or when this will happen again.

      - everyone loves to learn from each other and is always open to pairing to help others out - lots of flexibility - touched base with management frequently/as needed, never felt lost

      Cons

      - lack of communication about logistics, such as returns offers and evaluations - pushed back dates we were given to receive more info about return offers and etc, no one ever knew exactly what was going on
