Pros
Overall Gusto is a great place to work. Leadership cares deeply about doing right by our customers and our employees. I love that I get to do meaningful, interesting work with really smart colleagues, and leaders who have handled our growth in a fiscally responsible way. Most of the negative comments here (and in the office) stem from employees who haven't worked elsewhere and don't appreciate what a great company Gusto is.

-No 401k match -Lower than average salaries -Career advancement into the more coveted positions is as much about who you know and having a manager who looks out for you as it is about your performance
