      Pros

      Leadership listens to feedback from all levels of the company and meaningfully pivots our strategy in response. The people are the absolute best - friendly, supportive, and a great sense of teamwork. The health insurance is great and a majority of positions are fully remote. Excellent opportunity for advancement and developing new skills.

      Cons

      At more entry levels jobs, the base pay is in the mid-low range compared to other companies. For me, the positive working environment and flexibility with being remote is worth it.
