Great benefits including 100% paid health insurance starting first day, unlimited PTO, they are huge on community and almost everyone is very kind and supportive. Everyone really believes in the work they are doing. They encourage help and provide feedback, don’t make you feel bad for making mistakes

Cons

The job they interview you for will be nothing like the job you get, training doesn’t suffice and neither does pay for the amount of work and the complexity of work. Mandatory overtime during peak season, but this could be a pro depending on how you look at it. A bit of micromanaging. Metrics

They under pay employees heavilyyyyy Do something wrong and make a mistake and you'll never be trusted again... my gosh talk about brutal management and unrealistic expectations I used to wake up in the middle of the night having anxiety over my job They took away our 1 year trip anniversary stipend due to COVID and didn't give it back They NEVER give credit when credit is due Management is absolute trash and has zero say All talk, no action. I led a program of 600+ during COVID to help aide in the PPP Program and got ZERO credit, ZERO promotion (no title or bump in pay), ZERO gratitude When I let them know I was leaving is when they FINALLY came back with a 'bump' in my pay and equity. Complete bull that they FINALLY gave a dang about me after I had to find a new career. They pick their favorites and they never change.....
