      -great team members -my manager was pretty understanding

      Cons

      -very low pay -literally a call center -will come down on certain employees for rigid internal promotion structure while promoting white guys to insane positions outside the natural company progression structure -hot potato customers -super cliquey

      Awesome company to work for. It’s core values and the work that they do is top notch.

      Cons

      Their leadership structure is very fresh and their are some key leadership components missing. 1. Not supportive 2. Does not take ownership, when they make mistakes 3. Leadership expect the team members to do things they can’t do.
