Pros

Unlimited PTO/ good benefits and mental health support

Cons

Unlimited PTO in CX means when there’s availability to take PTO (aka request ASAP or someone else will and you won’t be able to) and you can’t take any PTO at all during EOY from December - March. In CX - very understaffed. The turnover rate is pretty high and any employees with tenure aren’t given much insensitive to stay

Pros

Great, inclusive and diverse culture that embraces open conversation. Takes the time to celebrate differences. Benefits are decent and paid for by company. Product is solid and sells itself.

Cons

Base salary is lower than most. Extremely difficult to develop other skills other than sales (i.e. makes it next to impossible to move internally) and hires externally for management positions more so than promoting within.
