Pros

- consider myself very grateful and lucky to have a supportive team - love what this company is doing for small businesses - there's something to look forward to everyday and never gets boring - lots of opportunity for growth

Cons

- pain points of working for a startup - currently remote so it's a bit hard to get a hold of people for urgent issues but people come through - no 401k match - other teams where we look closely with are leaving, making cross-functional dependency a bit difficult but they are hiring - culture is VERY PC, can be a good thing but sometime it gets a bit too overwhelming but i prefer it to a company who doesn't care at all
