Very flexible, work from home options, supportive community, accepting to all, people are willing to help, only need to ask!

Cons

Little to no upward mobility. People have been leaving left and right because of this. Need a formal track or else people will get stuck and leave

fun coworkers with rewarding opportunities. i really do miss them. also they give bonuses for volunteering. the office also very modern

not much cons. management should listen to their employees a little more. other than that it was a great experience. definitely would still recommend.
