      Very strong sense of community. Deep commitment to customers and enabling small business owners and their employees. Passionate about empowering employees and supporting growth. Have been very happy here.

      Cons

      Every company has challenges and areas for growth. What I look for is company accountability, commitment to listen and grow, and compassionate engagement. Gusto ensures we're building the best product we can for our customers and invests in the Gusties who build it. I've been on the other side of many fences, it's not greener. Gusto is on the right track. Highly recommend.

      Not providing a schedule until the day before expected to begin new schedule Really rough HR interactions- lots of HR turnover in the past two months Purchased a 401k provider but doesn’t offer a 401k match or any employer benefit. Calls themselves “Gusties” and calls customers “Gustomers” and managers are People Empowerers Micro management
