They do not care about your well being and treat you as a robot. There are major discriminatory issues in this department that are brushed under the table when addressed. They only care about you manning your desk at all times and hitting your performance metrics (90% of back to back calls). This company strictly hires young girls straight out of college because they are “moldable.” A direct quote from a supervisor was the reason they do this is to avoid a “typical Indian call center” for customer service. I repeat, this company has severe issues that they refuse to address. They do not care about their employees. I would never recommend working for this company. The reason they have so many benefit “perks” (which they conveniently strip away) is because the work environment is not up to par.

Steadily declining mental health for customer experience advocates as the company places profit over empowering a better life for us. You will be lied to about your position from the beginning, it is a call center job but they do not tell you so. All perks have been taken away.
