Pros

- Fully remote - No micromanagement - Plenty of resources to do the job properly - Great coworkers

Cons

- Once you've hit the cap of your pay grade scale, all you have to look forward to is RSUs. - Constant changes by management. - Production goals are difficult to meet. - Some mandatory meetings feel completely unnecessary. - Workload is shuffled around constantly, so you may end up being assigned issues that were incorrectly worked by a different specialist and have to invest more time to resolve an issue. This plays heavily into production goals being difficult to meet. - Having to deal with multiple managers.

Pros

Great benefits and pay. Company perks

Cons

Worked there for almost 2 years and never get prepared. Always felt like I was in the dark and confused about what was going on. I’ve never felt as incompetent as I have working there. Constant changes in policies, product, and prices, minimal collaboration with managers on how to improve your skills, if you don’t meet their quotas you will be pushed out of the company and they will tell you it’s a performance plan that is supposed to get you on track but it’s harsh standards and they reserve the right to still fire you at any point and then you wouldn’t get severance.

Cons

Gusto is slower to recognize some opportunities for innovation
