Pros

-Employees feel valued -Transparency in all processes and anything can be discussed openly and fairly -Feedback is expressed in constructive and healthy ways -Opportunities to grow a great career -Wonderful benefits that empower the lives of employees -Values and mission are lived out on a daily basis and people's motivations for being here are aligned -Fun community activities -Great seminars and talks with guest speakers -Awesome university program for recent graduates to launch their careers -We are helping thousands of lives and businesses on a daily basis; it's so rewarding!

Cons

-The rapid growth can sometimes lead to a heavy workload, but I honestly don't mind because I love what I'm doing. -If you don't like a lot of change, you might not love working here. But if you're okay and thrive in it, you'll do great! -Sometimes I wish we had an office in a quiet suburb of Denver, but I do love our office space downtown.

Cons

Company is scaling too fast to keep consistent leadership in the sales org. The majority of the people in a management role have never been in a management role prior to Gusto and the training they get it very poor. People on the sales floor are beginning to feel the results significantly. They sell you on how great the company is during your interview but leadership is poor and people lie and cheat to get ahead. They also tell you that you get unlimited PTO and you definitely do not.
