      There is inconsistency in the answers provided to issues you face, and you must inform someone if you step away from your workstation, even for just a minute. This includes bathroom breaks that take longer than three minutes; you will receive a notification until you return. There is no flexibility in adhering to your schedule. If you are stuck on a call and miss breaks or lunch, you will be penalized. You have a wiggle room of about 30 minutes a day to use the bathroom and miss breaks or lunches.

      No communication. Expect your metric to change on a whim. Management watches your screen while you work to grade if you're working fast enough.
