4 managers in 2 years, so stupid. Heavy pressure and stress from management without anything resembling connection, coaching, or mentorship; people generally seem scared and not willing to stick their necks out which means always hiding problems while they grow, esp the long timers; messengers get shot; a general uptight and fake happy very tense place to work

the company is in the thick of growing pains - insecurity and fear are common, unaligned visions across leaders and teams, people seem tired of fighting against one another to push their work forward, roles & expectations are a mess
