Fast Growing Company using the latest Technologies

Pros

The culture is to use the leading bleeding edge technologies. Solid contracts in multiple fast growing industries. Company has grown 2 fold and leadership continues to hire additional staff to accommodate the increasing demand. Good health benefits (PPO pays above and beyond most large company benefits), good 401k, parking benefits and company owners reward those that excel.

Cons

Must adapt to learning new technologies and plan around change. This is the nature of the startup environment. Those used to large top down organizations may not be open to fast moving and changing environment.
