GXM is a great place to cut your teeth in a fast-paced start-up culture, while also presenting many opportunities to expand in the world of defense contracting. GXM has a unique dynamic work environment in that the whole team not only functions like a well-oiled machine to complete tasks but also maintains a creative, relaxed, and practical approach to problem-solving. The management is also stellar with leading by example and encourages input on how to continue to improve on processes to produce the full potential out of the team. Great company!
Cons
- One can't get too comfortable due to the frequent showers of nerf darts. - I once ran into one of the cool glass walls in the office. Everyone saw it. My pride was hurt : /
