      H.O. Penn offers employees a chance to be part of a team in a positive work environment. Good performance is recognized by management and there are many opportunities for training and development.

      Pros

      H.O. Penn is a company that truly cares about the well-being of their employees. Because they operate as a Values-based organization, this allows Senior Management, as well as the President and CEO, to make decisions to support the business as well as the people. I joined the company as the industry was still recovering from the economy crash in 2008 and was amazed at the commitment of the organization to ensure the continued success of everyone in the company. In the more recent years, the company has strategically aligned itself to sustain long-term success and continue its reputation as an awesome place to work and a great place to do business with. I highly encourage potential job candidates to apply and get to know more about our company!

      Good benefits and base, however commission structure poor.

      Cons

      Management does not care for their employees. Given online training at start of employment, then no other formal training on the position or the CAT equipment. Left out to fend for yourself. Management more concerned with TWICE yearly reviews and actual sales of CAT equipment or parts. No team community, you are an island. When you ask for help, you are shunned for not knowing the answer and no one is willing to help. Managers are number counters/crunchers only. New management came into play and never called once, never.
