What struck me the most is the longevity of its employees. In a time when people are constantly switching from firm to firm, it is not done as often here.

Cons

It is growing quickly and is going through some growing pains.

Pros

This is where I want to be. A company that does great work, while having an understanding that it is about the employees (not just projects).

Cons

My commute isn’t the greatest (over an hour most days), but has been worth it. Hoping our continuing expansion helps to alleviate that pain.

Six Years @H&H and Still Engaged

Pros

Just celebrated my sixth anniversary at the company and I am a youngster in terms of employment length. Great that people start their careers at H&H and stay. When I started we had just 200 employees and now nearing double. Management team that can be seen around HQ and in satellite offices. Appreciative of company events, mentoring program and pdh opportunities.

Cons

Don't really have a con. I am pretty happy here.
