Interesting projects that are rewarding to see built. Competitive salaries and benefits. Management displays strong pride in the company's history, engineering ethics, and integrity, and stays committed to those values.

Cons

Difficult and demanding technical work can require additional/off hours research to complete tasks efficiently.
