Pros

Great benefits. Plenty of paid time off for great work life balance. Managers are hourly so no long hours or anything over 40

Cons

A bit of a heavy work load. Must be able to multitask and own your business. They pay is good for a reason

Pros

- Fast-paced - Easy to move up - Easy to transfer stores if moving - Great pay - Great benefits - Make a lot of life-long friends

Cons

- Everything that comes with a retail setting: rude and messy customers, the occasional crappy manager, inconsistent hours, usually working all holidays, etc.
