Pros

Fun atmosphere, great co-workers, good discount on merchandise. The company seems to appreciate and recognize the time hard-work you put in and the benefits package is, hands-down, one of the best in the retail world.

Cons

Very stingy about being on time with even if you have a valid claim. Moving up within the company or store can be hard.

Pros

Great benefits. Genuine attempt to acquire good talent. Good employee discount. Some creative freedom in work.

Cons

Poor work life balance (never a set or consistent schedule). Lots of black out times for vacation. Unrealistic expectation of the amount of work needed to be accomplished in the time given.

Pros

Lot's of training and experience in retail and merchandising. The company really cares about their employees and the benefits are great. Flexible with hours and the pay is decent for part timers.

Cons

Usually always short staffed and i was pulled off my job to help on the sales floor, which put me behind on my tasks. The visual job is extremely physical and basic carpentry skills are needed in order to really succeed at this job.
