Supportive management (had 4 bosses so far and all have been positive, but again depends on department)

Reorganizations happen every year after tax season
No one is really safe from a job title change to fit new structure or being let go entirely
Performance does not always lead to promotional opportunities (you fight against outside hires at almost every level)
