      - Some great people - Generous commission structure

      Cons

      - Unrealistic (very unrealistic) revenue expectations for a new brand in a saturated market - Leadership and communication is lacking - No guidance or direction from executive team. Goals change from week to week - Company values only exist on paper

      Management in the Japan team player politics and favorites, did not communicate at all whether part time position would open up to full time until the very last day of contract despite knowing it was brought up as a concern numerous times. Very unprofessional: if you like people talking behind your back and the vice you had in high school this is the place for you
