Pros
- Clear leader in legal AI and still accelerating. Product capabilities keep compounding, with real first-mover moves across the board. Teams are also getting stronger globally, with founders personally flying out to key hiring locations to build them. - High engineering bar, and a culture genuinely driven by engineering excellence. Plenty of early engineers have stayed on or moved back into IC roles rather than management, which says a lot. - Large, high-impact projects with real end-to-end autonomy. Smaller companies can't invest in solutions that work at scale, since they don't have the usage scale to justify it. Bigger public companies already have these problems solved. - Genuinely good people to work with, which makes it easy to do good work and enjoy doing it.
