AMAZING PLACE TO WORK

Pros

I can tell that was always my dream to work for this company since I had my first meeting as a client. After one year of my first meeting I became a Hayman-Woodward employee. I can tell that this is the best company (knowledge and environment) that I had work in my life. I work for multinational companies and small companies and I never saw such great environment and friendship inside a company. Company with great opportunities for those how want to work hard. I definitely recommend this company as client and as employee.

Cons

A lot of gossip in the company. The company is working on it and sending all the bad influences away from the company.

Worst experience with an unethical "law firm"

Pros

Good location Good location Good location

Cons

The company offers many perks and benefits and in the end they don't deliver. You will be the star for the first months, but when you disagree with some policies that are border line unethical be ready to be ostracized and monitored/scrutinized to find some unreasonable "problem" and make your life a living hell. Their business operation is like a Ponzi pyramid scheme. Many clients are offered immigration services when they are not qualified, take away their retainer money, and then when the clients are not satisfied, HW is "kind" enough not charging the rest of the fees...beware. Horrible work culture and work ethic.

Toxic Company

Pros

- Gives the first opportunity to work. - You learn about immigration. - Colleagues are amazing and the team work really hard together as a team.

Cons

- VERY Toxic environment. - The CEO always have heavy demands, such as if you don't answer your emails in 24 hours, you are fired. He asked everyone to give 5 stars here so the overall company review looks good, but in fact, the company has a very bad reputation in the market. - No respect for employees or clients. Money talks there. - No structured training, and departments don't talk with each other. - No performance review. - Low salary.

HAYMAN-WOODWARD Response

Dear "Anonymous Reviewer", I must say, it's always interesting to come across reviews that seem to have an agenda beyond simply sharing one's experience. While I typically welcome constructive criticism, I feel compelled to address a few points that raise questions about the authenticity of this review. First, let's talk about salaries. At HAYMAN-WOODWARD, we pride ourselves on offering above-average salaries for our industry. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we compensate them accordingly. It's curious that someone who supposedly worked here for "3-4 years" would claim otherwise. If that was truly the case, why did you stay for more than 1 year, I wonder? Seems odd that in a thriving industry such as ours you would find it difficult to obtain employment elsewhere, if the conditions here were indeed so horrendous as you'd describe. As for the demands on our employees, yes, we do expect a high level of professionalism and punctuality. We are, after all, the most prestigious global mobility firm in the world. Our clients expect excellence, and we aim to deliver nothing less. This includes responding to client emails within a reasonable timeframe—something that was clearly outlined in the job description that all employees agree to upon hiring. Regarding the claim of a toxic environment, we take such allegations seriously. However, it's worth noting that our team is composed of highly dedicated professionals who thrive in a culture of high expectations and mutual respect. The mention of forced positive reviews is particularly amusing. If this were true, our ratings would likely reflect a much higher average, wouldn't they? On the topic of structured training, I'm proud to highlight that since the end of the pandemic, we have significantly ramped up our training efforts. We established HW University to ensure our staff remains fully compliant and up-to-date with the latest industry standards. We continually improve our training materials to support our employees' growth and development. The notion that there is no structured training is simply unfounded. The idea that we don't respect our employees or clients couldn't be further from the truth. Our 28 year success is built on the trust and satisfaction of our clients and the dedication of our team. And this is clearly evident by our remarkably outstanding results. Lastly, performance reviews are conducted regularly to provide feedback and support to our employees. We are committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment. While I appreciate the "advice" to hire more professional, experienced, and capable leaders, I can assure you that our leadership team is composed of highly qualified individuals who are committed to the success of our company and the satisfaction of our clients and employees alike. In conclusion, while this review appears to be an attempt to discredit our firm, I will take some credit if it is indeed true. After all, expecting our staff to be fully responsive to our clients at all times is a standard we uphold with pride. That is the job they hired us to do. Thank you for your feedback, and best of luck in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Leonardo Freitas CEO, HAYMAN-WOODWARD
