Pros

Beneficial training period, immediate staff members are helpful, able to do your job and leave. Pays the bills. Benefits are decent given the big hospital system. Can get hired fairly quickly.

Cons

Management is brutal. Issues are not openly discussed and turns into gossip. Politics seems to be always involved at work, but it definitely is here.

Pros

Most of the staff are friendly and take the care of their patients seriously. If facing surgery, the nurses and techs are excellent at putting the patient an Family at ease.

Cons

Too much drama in the department I worked in. The Manager of the department I worked in had certain employees who were her favorites and any one she didn't feel she could mold to be her "lap dog" she would set them up so they would either quit or be fired.
