Pros

Easy to work with staff, decent hourly pay.

Cons

Strange PRN hours, no work that helped build experience towards being an actual clinical pharmacist someday. Was basically a tech.

Pros

Most of my coworkers are easy to get along with. Providers are nice and will answer questions if you have them.

Cons

Management is reactive to issues instead of proactive. Rules changed on how I could use my PTO and HR did not get back in touch with my request for a meeting.

Pros

People work as a team without being asked, it's a smaller hospital, so you are able to be familiar with other departments, it's a teaching hospital

Cons

it's healthcare, so you are expected to do more than you can handle
