Pros

HCA has strong orientation programs for new hires. Hospitals within organization have excellent systems to support finance departments.

Cons

Very short monthly deadlines for closing books. Five calendar days to complete process is not sufficient to insure accuracy.

Pros

i get to take my time and not rush! I love the coworkers my employers are pretty fair minded

Cons

I work night shift and have to sleep all day except on my days off grumpy people who make unfair calls, just a few of the coworkers aren't the most pleasing to work with! a very few!

Pros

Highest rate of pay I have ever earned as a per-diem employee. Multiple hospital sites, located close to each other, flexible to working multiple locations.

Cons

Per-diem status was not limited to any particular shift. To pick up available hours, it was common to flip between all three shifts during a pay period.
