Pros

I have a great boss, pay is above average but not stellar. Well run hospital, gives good care and cares about staffing.

Cons

Benefits are only ok, PTO is pretty terrible. There is no sick time, only a PTO bank, and any holiday you get off is deducted from it. Anyone who uses PTO at all is always running out. HCA in general seems pretty 'evil corporation' policy-wise.
