Excellent Work Environment, Highest Job Security, very friendly and open culture. You have the freedom to express yourself and more importantly you are recognized for your innovation and novel ideas that you implement. If you ever get a opportunity to work with HCL I will recommend you to grab it with both hands.

I feel the compensations which HCL offers to the employees are not up to the induatrial standards. Even for outstanding employees the same treatment only
