The culture and DNA of the organization has gone deep into the senior management and could often feel its penetration into the middle management and junior leads , which is a great sign for sucess retention in decades to come A place to learn, experiment , err, correct and grow .

Innovation, Thought Leadership, Flat Hirearchy, Performace or Penality, Best Leaders in industry, Scope for change being appreciated, Grooms you for better leaders with excellent leadership opportunities and leadership qualities

Cons

Isolated islands of information, MIS poor, Process enrichment scope, Employee should appreciate and get satisfied with the work being done, not making others happy as the other person likes it. Lack of Middle Level Management skill and resouces, Succession plan is very poor across all departments. skill based training is lacking. Training for Roles of JD is not there, sorry state of affairs. Work life balance is not great
