Pros

It is a nice company as far as work life balance which is great for employee. Good career opportunity where employee get chance to explore his knowledge in aspirant domain. Well, there is different division across HCL Company, in my division I use to get flexibility on office hrs which is good for work/life balance in some time. Overall I would say it is one of the very good companies to work in.

Cons

Sometime I feel that HCL give very reasonable Salary to employee, company can give more salary to employee. Do not see much flexibility on EPLOYEE location changes across India. It is very difficult to transfer from one location to another location based on employee choice.

Pros

Nice work colleagues and training on products is good (although because of the low pay, it tends to attract some people who might not be as conscientious as others with regards to paying attention and retaining knowledge). Ample opportunity to learn new skills if you excel (e.g. my team was given extra training so we could do other tasks, which varied the working day). N.B. I worked on an inbound campaign.. the experience of those involved in sales and doing outbound calls was different.

Cons

Pay not very good. Team leaders not always knowledgeable. I worked on an inbound team so had to deal with a lot of complaints. Workload can be boring.

Excellent Company with Excellent Working environment with Great people who encourage to grow up day by day in professional life.

Cons

Although it’s a great pleasure to be an employee of this company, where there are lots of opportunity to grow up but compensation should take sensitively which encourage for long service.
