* HCL is building trust with employees from the day ONE * They are letting me explore fullest of knowledge in my domain * The employee welfare programs are quite useful

Cons

I feel the compensations which HCL offers to the employees are not up to the induatrial standards. Even for outstanding employees the same treatment only

Innovation, Thought Leadership, Flat Hirearchy, Performace or Penality, Best Leaders in industry, Scope for change being appreciated, Grooms you for better leaders with excellent leadership opportunities and leadership qualities

Cons

Isolated islands of information, MIS poor, Process enrichment scope, Employee should appreciate and get satisfied with the work being done, not making others happy as the other person likes it. Lack of Middle Level Management skill and resouces, Succession plan is very poor across all departments. skill based training is lacking. Training for Roles of JD is not there, sorry state of affairs. Work life balance is not great
