Give you decent amount of PTO. Pretty good benefits, such as healthcare, dental and vision. A steady training regiment for freshers, plenty of time to train as well. Upper management does send out emails and updates asking how you doing.

Cons

There is a bit of downtime between projects and mainly try to stay focus on self trainings. If you get a project it could be in a different time-zone from where you live, based on the client you work with. Management could be pushy at times to keep up with certain certifications.
