I began my journey with HCLTech 15 years ago as a Software Engineer, fresh out of college. Today, I proudly serve as a Senior Manager. This organization has been my foundation, mentor, and enabler — supporting me every step of the way as I evolved professionally and personally. The growth has been deeply fulfilling — rising from an entry-level role to leadership, all within HCLTech. It’s a testament to the opportunities, learning culture, and recognition ecosystem here. I was honored with the O6 rating — representing Outstanding Performance for six consecutive cycles. After cycle reset and I’m now progressing through the next phase with an O3 rating. Being part of the Achievers League, which celebrates consistent high performers, has been a truly rewarding experience. Beyond career and performance, what makes HCLTech special is its heart. At one point, I truly felt the urge to give back to society in a meaningful way. That’s when I discovered Power of One, an initiative by the HCL Foundation that enables employees to contribute to society through volunteering, fundraising, and community engagement. I’m a proud and grateful member of this initiative — it has given me purpose beyond work and a deeper connection to the community. The organization also promotes a healthy work-life balance, which has been instrumental in helping me stay balanced, energized, and motivated.
