- Below average pay. They pay juniors lower than others pay interns for 6hr/day. - No bonuses. - Below average benefits. Lowest pay for meal tickets. - They recently downgraded the medical subscriptions. - You will work with old tech. Not much to learn, you get some courses on their platform but you can find better ones on YouTube, You can't advance. - They hold these irritating meetings where higher management comes in to brag about the company’s massive profits, almost flaunting it like a child showing off a new toy. There's no acknowledgment or gratitude for the employees, and instead, they demand even more hard work and dedication to keep fueling their profit-making machine. These people lack basic courtesy; it's really in poor taste.
