a company for its employees with great value in their software for a happy customer.

Cons

technical support analyst have to work a weekend on call, rotates through the department

Pros

-Leadership that truly understands work/life balance. -Challenging work that keeps it from being monotonous. -Coworkers that are like best friends - everyone shares interests, hobbies and has a positive attitude. -Fat profit sharing checks every year based on a percentage of salary - fair for everyone, and rewards tenure over position.

Cons

None. If there are complaints, it's from people who have never worked anywhere else to know how good it is here.

Pros

-Smart and funny people who you can talk and work with -A lot of integration with all the departments when working on projects -Bunch of amenities you can use (ex: stove, track&field, mini gym, outdoor basketball court)

Cons

-Sometimes not a lot of news are communicated to all the employees -Transparency is still not really there yet, but as long as you ask people, they're willing to share info you don't know about -I don't think everyone has the mentality of 'ownership' yet, esp new hires

Thank you for your feedback! We are aware that communication is definitely something we can improve on. As we grow, it becomes increasingly more difficult to 1) identify information that should be shared and 2) finding a good method for distribution. I know that's something I struggle with as well and work actively towards fixing within my own department. I think the new intranet site can be an effective communication tool as it gets adopted throughout the company. I think transparency falls within the same category, as it's more an issue of identifying what should be communicated and acting on it. The ownership mentality issue will be an ongoing battle as we are growing at such a fast pace. We count on employees that have been with the company for a long time to mentor new employees and guide them to the right mindset. Thanks again, Admir
