Terrible management team, poor judgement in hiring the right people for the job, Lost all core values when became public. No loyalty to employees who work there for a long time. There is no culture. Don't waste your time.

Top management changes too often with Facilities Management. Current management has taken micromanagement to new heights. Currently having major inventory and transportation issues and upper management either can't or won't address the problems. Not sure what the plan for Facilities Mtnce is, if there is one, but it won't survive long the way it is being managed currently.
