      Pros

      The only pro is working from home.

      Cons

      Terrible compensation, micromanagement, poor leadership, no transparency, & huge turnover. Under Supplyworks & the Home Depot Pro, they were great to work for. The merger with HD Supply changed that. They reassigned bases and changed the comp plan. I went from making 105k a year to 50k. Over 140 sales reps quit because of this. Never worked for a company where your salary went backwards as your workload went up.
