This company has alienated much of its client base resulting in many customers leaving or massively reducing their spending. At the same time they rolled out quota's with uplift based on the previous year's results. My team is getting crushed with non-stop customer sat issues while earning no commission. The base is extremely low. Leaders openly recognize the challenges, but refuse to make any changes to quotas. This is clearly a leadership team that does not care about retaining employees or customers. They have an employee satisfaction survey that they decided not to roll out, because they have too much going on. Seriously? I would stay as far away as possible.
