Pros

None. I was lied to from the first interview. I am not sure if anything that was ever discussed to me by my immediate supervisor was honest or true.

Cons

Unethical. Self centered Local Management that is more interested in themselves & their status instead of employees. Human Resources is non-existent. Any top revenue salesperson can break absolutely every basic company policy-from Policy "A " thru Policy "Z" and all management personnel from the Regional Manager level on down will turn their head & act as if no policy has been broken. If you produce > $2 MM in Dollar Sales anything that you do (sexually harass another employee, bribe a customer, bring a weapon onto the workplace), will be swept under the rug! The absolute worst workplace environment ever. How they have never been sued is beyond my comprehension.

Used to be great

Pros

The role is remote, allowing for a flexible schedule. The pay is decent, though it recently shifted from an uncapped commission structure to a more restrictive bonus system. Additionally, the company benefits from the backing of a Fortune 500 parent company, which provides some level of stability.

Cons

This company used to be great. I’ve worked here for a long time, and we once thrived under the principles of the "Inverted Pyramid" and a "Value Wheel" centered around our customers and front-line associates. Unfortunately, recent changes suggest that leadership now prioritizes the CEO and top-down executives over the employees who drive the business daily. The Chief Sales Officer consistently overpromises and underdelivers, turning what was once a top-tier sales team into a mere shadow of its former self. The workplace environment has shifted from positive and motivating to negative and demoralizing. Leadership no longer feels supportive, and their focus on employees and customers seems to be fading. Additionally, the healthcare benefits are mediocre at best, and overall, the company’s direction feels disconnected from the values that once made it successful. The lack of investment in both employees and customers is disappointing, making it clear that the priorities have changed—and not for the better.

Pros

Flexible schedule, work from home office days if needed.

Cons

Since the merge of HD Supply and Home Depot pro the company has completely gone downhill. High level management also seems to see this, CFO and CEO both left the company recently. They preach about "taking care of their people" when they do the opposite. I have proved to management several times that I'm not getting credit for all my sales and there has been no resolution for months. They keep setting unrealistic goals due to sales being down- so it's impossible to hit your bonus. Deliveries are questionable at best- customers never know when they will get their order and when they finally do 90% of time it's wrong. Losing customers/sales left and right because of this. I personally have a terrible manager with no follow up to issues or questions and after several teammates and I reported him to upper management and HR, they both had the manager's back so no resolution on poor leadership. All around a shady company doing shady things to their employees all while preaching that their core value is taking care of their people. Stay away.
